CURRIED CHICKEN SALAD

2/3 cup dairy sour cream
¼ to ½ teaspoon curry powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
Dash garlic powder
½ pound fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1-½ cups diced cooked chicken
½ cup halved seedless green grapes
2 firm medium tomatoes, sliced into 6 slices each
Lettuce leaves
Paprika
Parsley

Combine first 5 ingredients. Chill, covered, for several hours. Just before serving, toss with mushrooms, chicken and grapes. Lightly salt tomato slices. For each serving, arrange 3 tomato slices on lettuce leaves. Top with mushroom mixture. Garnish with paprika and parsley.

Makes 4 servings.
