MUSHROOM SPREAD ‘N DIP

1 package (8oz) cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
½ teaspoon seasoned salt
8 drops Tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
1 cup finely chopped Mountainview Fresh Mushrooms
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
Combine cheese, milk, lemon juice, soy sauce, salt and Tabasco. Blend well. Stir blue cheese, Mushrooms and onion. Use as a spread for crackers cocktail rye bread or vegetable slices, such as large fresh Mushrooms, cucumber or carrots. Or stuff celery stalks. Makes 1 2/3 cups spread.
To use as a dip blend in 3 tablespoons additional milk. Makes about 1¾ cups.
