MICROWAVE SAUSAGE STUFFED MUSHROOMS

1 pound bulk sausage
6 large Mushrooms
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
Cheese


Remove stems from Mushrooms. Chop fine & add to sausage. Sprinkle sausage with Parmesan cheese and season to taste. Partly cook sausage to remove all grease but do not brown. Put mixture in Mushroom caps. Wrap caps with Saran wrap and cook in microwave oven 3-4 minutes at high heat. Remove and garnish each Mushroom with slice of your favorite cheese. Put back in microwave until cheese melts. Serve.
