MUSHROOM CHICKEN BOUILLON

4 cups water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
½ teaspoon onion powder
Dash of white pepper
½ pound fresh Mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
2 teaspoons chopped celery leaves
In large saucepan heat water, bouillon, onion powder and pepper until bouillon cubes dissolve. Stir in mushrooms and celery leaves. Heat to boiling, reduce heat cover and simmer for about ten minutes or until Mushrooms are tender.
Makes 4-5 servings.
