MUSHROOM TREATS

25 to 30 medium Fresh Mushrooms
8 oz. Cream Cheese
12 oz. Jimmy DeanŽ "Hot" Sausage

Cook sausage in an ungreased frying pan until well done. Drain fat and juices off sausage, if any. Mix cream cheese into sausage until well mixed. As sausage is cooking, pop of the mushroom stems and place aside. Put each mushroom on an ungreased cookie sheet. Fill each mushroom with the sausage & cream cheese mixture, then place in a preheated 300 degree oven for 5 minutes or until piping hot!

Chop left over mushroom stems and mix with left over sausage mixture and serve on crackers.
