CALIFORINA MUSHROOM SALAD

2 cups sliced fresh Mushrooms
½ cup Italian-style dressing
1 large tomato
1 cup julienne-cut green pepper
1 ½ quarts torn crisp salad greens
2 oz Greek feta cheese crumbled
In a large salad bowl, toss sliced Mushrooms with Italian-style dressing. Coarsely chop tomato and toss with green pepper and Mushrooms. Let stand 5 minutes. Add salad greens to vegetables, mixing well. Sprinkle feta cheese on top to serve.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
