CREAMY MUSHROOM SOUP

1 lb. of bacon, sliced before frying into little pieces
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
24 oz. Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
4 cups half and half
1 cup milk
2 t. salt
Ground white pepper to taste
Fry bacon with onion until bacon is done. Add mushrooms and butter. Cook until mushrooms reduce. Add flour, stirring constantly. Add half and half and milk. Season with salt and white pepper.
