GRILLED TURKEY MUSHROOM BURGERS WITH CHUTNEY SAUCE

1 lb ground turkey
8 oz fresh white Mushrooms, finely chopped (about 2 cups)
½ c chopped onion
1 TB Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp salt
3 TB plain lowfat yogurt
3 TB chopped Major Grey chutney


Preheat grill or broiler. In a bowl mix turkey, Mushrooms, onion, Worcestershire and salt. Shape into 4 (3/4-inch thick) patties. Place on a grill or broiler rack. Grill 4 inches from heat until cooked through, about 5 minutes a side. Combine yogurt and chutney; serve with burgers.
