| 1. How long does it take to grow mushrooms? |
| At our facility it takes about 50 days from compost
start to begin of harvest and approximately 80 days from start

| 2. Do you grow your mushrooms in caves? |
 |
| No, some operations in the eastern U.S. and parts
of Europe do still grow in caves, however, we grow our mushrooms
indoors. Here is a picture of a growing room. |

| 3. How many acres on your farm? Does it take a lot of
land to grow mushrooms? |
| See question 2 and it depends on the size of your buildings
and how high you can stack the growing beds. |

| 4. What are mushrooms grown in? |
| Many individuals believe that mushrooms are grown
in manure. This is not entirely correct, they are grown in well
composted organic materials and fruited on the surface of peat
moss. Compost recipes vary widely, but our's is comprised primarily
of wheat straw, dried poultry waste, some cotton by-products
and lots of water, which is then aerobically composted and turned
repeatedly over the course of 28 days. Please note that each
component used in the compost are by-products of other processes. |

| 5. Do you grow "funny" or psychedelic
mushrooms? |
| No, the only funny thing we sell here are the
Yo-Yo's in the company store. If you watch them spin long enough
it kind of seems psychedelic. |

| 6. Do you give tours? |
| No, we do not give tours to the public due to
safety and hygiene concerns. |

| 7. What is the shelf life of mushrooms? |
| Generally, mushrooms have a 9 day shelf life from
date of packaging. There are many factors that affect the shelf
life of mushrooms including, temperature, moisture, and time.
Mushrooms should be kept at 34°-36° F. Also, you should
only wash mushrooms right before use. You can find the date
your mushrooms were packaged, stamped on the label. It is in
Julian Date format. The Julian Date is the number of days since
January 1. For example, the Julian Date for September 25 is
268. You can find the Julian Date on most calenders in a format

| 9. Can I purchase mushrooms at your facility? |
| Yes, we sell mushrooms at our facility. We sell
mushrooms in 5 lb. or 10 lb. boxes. Availability of our products
may be limited due to production levels and/or our primary customer's
demands. Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You can
