Tray Repair

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Description

We have around 7,000 mushroom trays on the farm. They rotate through each part of the growing process. Tray Repair decides whether to repair or dispose of badly damaged trays at the end of each cycle. Tray Repair also builds new trays to keep the tray inventory on the farm consistent. Having enough trays is critical to growing enough mushrooms for our customers. Watch a short video below to learn more.

Duties

• Repair and build new trays

• Dispose of trays beyond repair

• Ensure all safety measures are followed while working with tools and equipment.

• Maintain all tools

• Maintain a clean and safe working area

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Lift up to 75 pounds

• Operate a forklift; training provided

• Operate power tools, including a nail gun, drill, and air impact wrench. Able to carefully follow instructions and safety protocols.
