Mushrooms

We strive to meet our customer’s specifications and special requests. We currently offer white mushrooms in the following sizes:

• small (button)

• medium

• large

• jumbo

• mature  (open veil, can vary in size)

We also offer the following specialty mushrooms:

• portabello

• crimini

• oyster

• shiitake

We can package these mushrooms in 5-pound or 10-pound cases, along with prepackaged units of 4 oz, 6 oz, 8 oz, 16 oz, and 24 oz. We also slice mushrooms. Packaging may also be privately labeled.
